Many people come to the black man's bay and for the most part, they find that it is a very nice place to live. The market is quite good and the prices are quite reasonable and oftentimes, if you need to get something done that is a bit on the pricey side, you can find a used car in a storage unit. Even if you go to the market with your children, many of the people that go to have no children because it's just too loud for them. They feel it's best for them to just walk around and if they get lost, it's not a big deal because there are people all over the place and everyone knows each other so they will guide you to where you want to go.
For the most part, though, most people don't have problems in the black man's bay because they take everything they need with them when they go. But for those that do have problems or come from another area that is more rural, you may want to pay attention to their directions. They seem to say that the town doesn't accept cell phones and this is just not true.
When people say that they don't accept cell phones, they don't mean that they just won't answer the phone but they mean that they don't want people calling in who don't know what they are talking about. This makes sense because they can't get a hold of them at the market. So, it's best to get directions from someone else that has been there before. Also, just make sure that you have enough gas to get where you're going and you don't forget to bring your identification.
